Technical Lead Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead Manager to oversee engineering teams while remaining actively involved in technical decision-making and solution development. The ideal candidate will balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical expertise driving project execution mentoring team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality scalable solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical professionals

Drive technical strategy architecture decisions and best practices

Collaborate with product managers stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and roadmaps

Oversee the design development and deployment of scalable software solutions

Participate in hands-on development code reviews and technical problem-solving

Ensure adherence to coding standards security practices and performance optimization

Manage project timelines resource allocation and delivery milestones

Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Maintain documentation for systems processes and architecture

Required Qualifications

Must be currently residing in the United States

Valid U.S. work authorization (citizen permanent resident or authorized work permit holder)

Proven experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role

Strong background in software development (e.g. Java Python JavaScript or similar)

Experience with system architecture microservices and distributed systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud)

Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD containerization Kubernetes)

Strong leadership communication and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing remote or distributed engineering teams

Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Knowledge of security best practices and scalable system design
