Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our growing team. The SQL Developer will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining our companys databases and data systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and database management as well as experience working in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop databases and data systems to support the needs of the organization
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts queries and stored procedures to extract manipulate and analyze data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve database and data-related issues in a timely manner
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for database and data systems
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in database technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 2 years of experience working as an SQL Developer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
- Experience with database design development and optimization
- Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations (HIPAA HITECH) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
