Position: B2B Sales Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55$80/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Develop long-horizon selling tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
• Build scenarios in Top-of-funnel Deal execution and Forecasting using structured criteria and checkable answers.
• Create ICP lists account research briefs proposals and SOWs with precise sections and pricing.
• Implement MEDDIC/MEDDPICC fills and forecast categorization aligned with defined rules.
• Work independently on challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years in B2B sales SDR/BDR leadership or customer success (mid-market or enterprise).
• Expertise in sales frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC Challenger or Command of the Message.
• Proficient in CRM operations with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with outbound motion using Outreach or Salesloft.
• Skilled in producing sales artifacts: call plans proposals SOW redlines QBR decks forecast narratives.
• Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
