Position: Management Consultant (Strategy Operations & Finance)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100$150/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses and analytical frameworks.
• Build financial models market sizings competitive benchmarks and unit-economics analyses.
• Synthesize findings into executive-ready deliverables such as decks memos and dashboards.
• Lead client conversations workshops and working sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Support implementation planning and change management where engagements require it.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB Big Four strategy arms or comparable tier-1 boutiques such as L.E.K. Oliver Wyman Kearney Roland Berger or Parthenon).
• Strong command of at least one of: corporate strategy operations/performance improvement corporate finance commercial due diligence or go-to-market strategy.
• Excellent structured problem-solving financial modeling in Excel and executive communication.
• Comfortable owning workstreams end-to-end in a fast-paced high-autonomy environment.

Preferred

• MBA or equivalent graduate credential from a top program is a plus.
