Position: Physician
Type: Contract
Compensation: $130/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Minimum of three months
Commitment: 2040 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research teams at a leading AI lab to apply medical expertise in evaluating and refining AI systems.
- Develop diagnostic cases and create rubrics to score responses effectively.
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated medical content to improve model outputs.
- Provide structured feedback to enhance AI training data quality and performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- U.S. based practicing MD
- 3 years of medical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong technical proficiency and ability to work in a remote environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
Preferred
- Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare
