Position: Insurance AI Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to policy language interpretation risk classification claims adjudication and actuarial projections.
• Create realistic scenarios based on insurance workflows such as underwriting submissions claims investigations coverage disputes rate filings and regulatory examinations.
• Annotate label and validate data across insurance use cases including loss reserving fraud detection and policy coverage analysis.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as insurance regulations actuarial standards and industry-specific terminology.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for insurance-domain AI.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years of professional experience at an insurance carrier brokerage reinsurer or regulatory body.
• Background in underwriting claims management actuarial science insurance sales compliance or risk management.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insurance workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Professional designations such as CPCU ARM FCAS FSA AIC.
