Position: Supply Chain & Planning Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$95/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build long-horizon supply chain tasks with deterministic rubrics grading agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
• Develop scenarios in Planning with MAPE forecasts MRP runs and inventory analyses with target safety stock.
• Create S&OP capacity analyses and scenario plans with computable demand-supply reconciliation.
• Design Execution tasks like supplier scorecards and logistics exception handling against defined SLAs.
• Work independently and focus on challenging scenarios to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Operations or related field.
• 3 years in supply chain planning S&OP or logistics.
• Expertise in SAP Oracle Kinaxis Blue Yonder o9 demand forecasting inventory theory or S&OP operations.
• Proficient in producing supply chain artifacts: forecasts S&OP decks supplier scorecards exception playbooks.
• Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step into deterministic rubrics.

Preferred

• APICS CPIM / CSCP certification.
