Position: Manufacturing & Engineering Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$110/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic end-to-end engineering workflows for AI model evaluation in manufacturing and engineering.
• Build scenarios across process and operations engineering including process flow docs SOPs and yield analysis.
• Develop scenarios for supply chain and planning focusing on demand forecasting and inventory analysis.
• Create scenarios in mechanical and industrial engineering such as CAD modeling and tolerance analysis.
• Evaluate quality and compliance scenarios including non-conformance reports and ISO/FDA audit prep.
• Work independently and asynchronously to tackle challenging long-horizon problem sets.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• BS or MS in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering; 3 years in relevant roles.
• Working fluency in at least two of: CAD (SolidWorks Fusion Creo) GD&T manufacturing processes Lean / Six Sigma S&OP quality systems.
• Comfortable with engineering artifacts: drawings BOMs process flows FMEA CAPA inspection protocols.
• Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.
