Position: Personal Legal / Admin Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$90/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Develop long-horizon tasks that mirror personal legal and admin work paired with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
• Create scenarios for contract review including leases and offer letters using clause-checklists with seeded problematic terms.
• Design dispute resolution tasks such as HOA and small-claims responses with ground-truth legal-sufficiency outcomes.
• Construct personal admin document-prep packets against required-field lists for processes like name/address/passport changes.
• Work independently and asynchronously to ensure tasks have checkable answers and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years as a paralegal legal ops professional or attorney.
• Expertise in residential lease review consumer insurance policy comparison employment offer letter review small claims or consumer disputes or estate document organization.
• Comfortable with personal-legal artifacts: redlines dispute letters comparison summaries checklist packets.
• Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
