Position: Social Work Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40$55/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the Drive folders you use day-to-day. Include case notes assessments service plans referrals progress reports grant/outcome reports program narratives and email threads. Represent platforms like Apricot (Bonterra) Salesforce Nonprofit DocuSign and SharePoint.
• Design multi-step tasks grounded in your real workflows. Require navigation of multiple apps files and stakeholders to meaningfully challenge frontier AI agents.
• Collaborate with other social-work experts to design the environment shape task scope and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
• Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for social-services agent benchmarks.
• Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking. Your work directly informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years of full-time experience at a large hospital system county DHS/DCF or major nonprofit/behavioral-health organization.
• Day-to-day use of Salesforce Nonprofit Apricot (Bonterra) DocuSign and SharePoint/Box.
• Strong analytical thinking and writing. Able to translate social-work practice into structured task specs.

Preferred

• LCSW/LMSW/equivalent state licensure strongly preferred.
• Background in clinical/medical social work child/adult protective services school social work juvenile-justice social work macro social work or substance-use/mental-health program operations.

Compensation & Legal

• This project will transition from an effective hourly rate to a model based on throughput of quality work.
