Position: Customer Care Representative

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Respond to incoming calls emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding our services and properties
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with clients after their inquiries have been resolved
- Stay up-to-date with company policies procedures and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Real estate experience is a plus
