Job Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of inquiries and concerns from clients ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our company is positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and in-person
- Provide information about our services and assist with any questions or issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company products services and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferably in a real estate or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work full-time including some evenings and weekends as needed
