Position: Customer Service Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company that has been providing exceptional services to our clients for over 20 years. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone email and in-person interactions

- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries providing information about our services properties and company policies

- Assist clients with scheduling appointments property showings and other requests

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant experience preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferably in a real estate or property management setting

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of employment
