As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. Your main objective will be to ensure that all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and in-person interactions

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services

- Process orders returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns

- Keep up-to-date with company policies products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times even in difficult situations

- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Experience with CRM systems is a plus

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed
