Position: Chemistry Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75$83/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on chemistry problems.
- Review and annotate tasks involving reaction schemes spectra (NMR IR MS) and phase diagrams.
- Produce original problem sets and write reference solutions.
- Apply structured quality checks to ensure task accuracy and relevance.
- Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or MS in Chemistry with 3 years research or industry experience or BS in Chemistry with 5 years lab synthesis or QC experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: organic inorganic physical analytical biochemistry.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting reaction schemes spectra (NMR IR MS) and phase diagrams.
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
