Job Summary
- Sales Activities: Prospects targets and develops relationships within markets to perpetuate business within their respective territory including case coverage in the operating room. Serves as the primary contact to the end user and technical users (primary surgeons DPMs and clinical program directors) for new accounts and backup on existing accounts. Formulate mature business platform growth from the perspective of a limited or non-existent base of business.
- Strategic Territory Development: Works closely with the leader on targeting and growing the LifeNet Health base of business.
- Tactical Territory Development: Plans and implements strategies to ensure the revenue budget is met and the territorys strategic goals are met.
- Administration & Training: Ensures administrative responsibilities are completed in a timely manner such as audits reconciliations sales analytics hospital billing issues etc. Completes all required training such as compliance product sales or other required company training.
- Communication Plan: Develops and reviews business plans with leader quarterly.
- Bachelors Degree (BA or BS)
- Valid Drivers License
- Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) Business or Marketing preferred.
- 1-year medical device sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strategize: Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interface with physicians surgeons wound care specialists and hospitals to inspire them to utilize LNH products.
