Position: Psychology Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$78/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author review and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on psychology problems.
- Produce original problem sets grounded in experimental designs statistical plots and behavioral data figures.
- Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
- Provide clear structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in Psychology PsyD or MS in Psychology with 3 years clinical research or applied experience.
- BA/BS in Psychology with 5 years applied research clinical support or teaching experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: cognitive clinical developmental social biological psychology.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting experimental designs statistical plots and behavioral data figures.
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
