Job Summary

What youll be doing

  • Provide end-to-endpeople advisorysupportto the market leaders peoplemanagersand employees in line with the units people plancovering employee relations wellbeing immigrationremuneration exits and compliance matters.
  • Manage the business-as-usual people processes such as salary/bonus reviews performancemanagementand employee engagement actionplanning;
  • Developand coachPeople Managers to enhance the employee experience andreinforced behavioursin line withCompanyCode andPRIDEvalues;
  • Act as an advocate foraninclusiveand diverseculture supporting diversityequalityand inclusion initiativeslocally;
  • Analyse people and workforce data toidentifytrends inform solutions ensure statutory compliance and deliveraccuratereports andinsights;
  • Support and contribute to people initiatives by providing local insights and ideas;participatein unit and regional projects and lead country-level projects asrequired;
  • Adhere toremunerationgovernance for your locationand provide adviceonremunerationand guidance onremunerationmanagement and recognition processes while ensuring market relatabilityequityandfairness;
  • Providelocal market insights on labour trends equality and diversity and talentdevelopment;
  • Work independently and provide guidance to others to ensure compliance with legislation company policies and data privacy and security standards; proactivelyidentify assess and escalate risks for mitigation.

Who are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Managementor a relateddiscipline;
  • At least 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience preferably within engineering professional services or advisoryenvironments;
  • Proven ability tooperateeffectively in fastpaced environments managing multiple priorities within structuredtimelines;
  • Proactive selfdriven and highly accountable with a strong ownershipmindset;
  • Solid working knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR bestpractices;
  • Experience in managing Resident Site Staff (RSS) matters isaplus;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is anadvantage;
  • Proficiencyin English and Chinese
