Job Title: Warehouse SupervisorReports To: Operations & Warehouse ManagerPay Rate: $26.44 per hourSchedule: Monday Friday every other SaturdayLocation: East Side FacilityJob Summary / ObjectiveWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations. This includes receiving storing and shipping goods managing inventory accuracy supervising staff and ensuring safety and efficiency within the warehouse ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills hands-on warehouse experience and the ability to manage fast-paced operations while maintaining high accuracy and productivity Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations including receiving storage inventory control and shippingEnsure inventory accuracy of 99.98% or higher through regular cycle counts and auditsPerform daily and weekly cycle countsLead train and supervise warehouse staff ensuring safety and performance standards are metMaintain a safe clean and organized warehouse environmentMonitor and improve warehouse productivity and efficiencyTrack and coordinate receipt storage and timely delivery of goodsEnsure all customer orders are completed and shipped accurately and on timeVerify accuracy of orders shipments inventory and documentationMaintain inventory levels and order supplies as neededConduct daily inspections of warehouse grounds and equipmentCoordinate fleet equipment and warehouse resourcesCommunicate effectively with other departments and customersMaintain records and prepare operational reportsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizationSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position includes full supervisory responsibility. The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for training coaching and evaluating warehouse employees to ensure optimal performance and customer & RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or similar leadership roleStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory managementExperience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy controlKnowledge of safety procedures in warehouse environmentsStrong leadership communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to lift up to 20 lbs when neededBilingual English/Spanish preferredExperience with continuous improvement methods (5S Kaizen Lean or Six Sigma) is a plusWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a warehouse environment and may include visits to ports of entry cargo facilities and import/export yards.
