Job Summary
Job Summary: Assists customers with their deli food purchases cooking/serving food for deli items to be purchased and bagging/coding those items if necessary.
*Evening Shift 2PM-10PM
Description of Major Job Tasks: This description is not all-inclusive and is only intended to list major job tasks that can change per management decision.
- Prep and cook for per the daily menu and customer food orders
- Clean prep and cooking area per Health Dept. Regulations
- Assist in stocking condiments for cooking & inventory counts
- Assist in daily deliveries of prep food and/or condiments
- Maintain and filter grease fryers
- Pull cases of food from freezer for next day cooking
- General floor sweeping and mopping
- Remove/replace grease or oil from drip pans as needed daily
- Clean deli case to meet Health Dept. Regulations
- Bag and code food for purchase
