Job Purpose
What you will do...
- Manage the branchs daily general functions such asvehicles petty cash billing etc
- Assist the Branch Manager with payroll employee files benefit enrollments new hire paperwork
- Responsible for ordering parts meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department as well as accurate inventory accounting.
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong background in basic accounting
- Previousexperience with construction parts/equipment an asset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years experience inrelated field focused on AP/Invoice processing
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract

Pay Range:$23 - $26 per hour
