The Repair Methods Workshop Service Technician will repair/service Volvo vehicles to our manufacturers specifications. The range of Volvo vehicles needing repair/service will be wide and will require an individual that is detail orientated and focused on being precise with every move made within the workshop. This will ensure that every Volvo vehicle is fixed right the first time and exactly to our specification.
What youll do
Primary Responsibilities:
Repair/Service Volvo vehicles to our manufacturer specification
Ensure that every vehicle is fixed right the first time in time
Testing and reviewing proper methods of repair and service
Utilize and test technologies for current and future use
Exercise LEAN efficiencies with every movement within daily activities
What youll bring
Volvo car prior experience preferred but not required
Willingness and ability to carry out specific directions to successful completion
Self-motivated and forward thinker of ways to enhance the workshop experience for other technicians and our customers
Willingness and ability to work in a team format including repairing/servicing Volvo vehicles
Ability to successfully and strategically manage time to ensure maximum efficiency in every movement/action
1 year experience or successful completion of a trade/college automotive program
Salary Range
$ 51248 - $95176
Compensation is determined based on experience qualifications internal equity location and company guidelines
