What Will You Do in This Role

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor you will provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during weekend shifts ensuring the delivery of safe efficient and high-quality care. You will serve as a resource and leader for the team assisting with clinical decision-making staff guidance and problem resolution as needed.

This role is focused on maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations supporting positive clinical outcomes and ensuring resident and family satisfaction. You will collaborate with physicians nursing leadership and interdisciplinary team members while helping to maintain smooth weekend operations.

Schedule: Every other weekend with flexibility in start times.

Do You Have What It Takes

A strong passion for working with seniors
Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide staff
Flexible dependable and solution-oriented approach
Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and professionalism
