Dash Social is looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Enablement Specialist to drive the success of our go-to-market teams. With deep experience in B2B SaaS youll play a critical role in empowering our Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams with the tools training and content they need to succeed. From crafting impactful enablement programs to sharing best practices and building scalable resources youll be at the heart of how we accelerate revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Sales Enablement Documentation
- Organize and maintain enablement documentation across Sales Processes Tech Stack and the Dash Social Product.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Customer Success Marketing and Product to proactively identify gaps and drive adoption on our internal enablement platform SalesHood.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with frontline teams to identify evolving needs for knowledge support.
Training Tools and Process Optimization
- Support the Manager Sales Enablement with the design delivery and optimization of onboarding and ongoing learning programs for Revenue.
- Act as the internal expert on enablement tools and platforms (e.g. ChiliPiper Zoominfo Gong Hubspot SalesHood) identifying and addressing gaps in process understanding and documentation.
- Work with the Manager Sales Enablement to implement best practices to streamline content delivery training workflows and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Impact
- Partner closely with leaders across the GTM team to consistently align messaging and ensure the success of campaigns and product launches.
- Track key enablement metrics (e.g. time to ramp win rates usage rates training completion) to assess effectiveness of programs.
- Measure data and feedback to identify gaps and measure the impact of enablement initiatives on revenue outcomes.

You are a B2B SaaS enablement expert with a passion for empowering go-to-market teams. You have a track record of driving measurable impact and thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution. Youre equally comfortable building content delivering training and collaborating across functions to optimize performance. With deep experience in the sales cycle you understand what excellence looks like at every stage and you know how to equip teams to get there. Youre energized by fast-paced environments motivated by results and committed to building programs that scale with the business.
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS experience in Sales Enablement Revenue Enablement or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the tools processes and behaviors that drive revenue growth.
- You are enablement-obsessed. You leverage data to identify gaps uncover insights and continuously refine your approach to onboarding training and resource development.
- You have exceptional communication and facilitation skills. Youre confident collaborating across departments and presenting to leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- You thrive in fast-paced high-growth environments lead with curiosity and are passionate about equipping teams with the knowledge tools and confidence they need to win.
