Job Purpose:
Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing duties. These duties can be performed collectively or a team member could perform just one of these duties in a building
Duties
- Clean and polish (fixtures surfaces and trim)
- Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms hallways lobbies lounges restrooms corridors elevators stairways cafeterias locker rooms and other areas)
- Sweep mop and vacuum floors
- May potentially buff floors in some facilities
- Clean rugs and mats
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Wash walls ceilings woodwork windows door panels and sills
- Empty wastebaskets and trash bins
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- MUSTbe able to pass background check
