Job Summary

Alexa International is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the First Time User Experience and Onboarding CX for Alexa across multiple endpoints in all international countries. Alexa is our next-generation generative AI-powered personal assistant more conversational intelligent and personalised designed to help customers get things done effortlessly.

As a Senior Product Manager in the Alexa International Growth team you will shape how millions of customers first interact with the all-new Alexa through LLM-powered conversational experiences across Echo Devices Fire TV Web and Mobile. Youll lead the end-to-end onboarding customer experience across voice and chat interfaces making decisions that directly impact how customers discover and engage with consumer AI technology. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of one of the most exciting product transformations in Amazons history.

Were looking for a customer-obsessed product leader with operational rigour and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver feature launches across multiple markets.

Key job responsibilities
Youll define product requirements by synthesising local country insights and customer needs partnering closely with technology and cross-functional teams to develop onboarding experiences that resonate across diverse international markets. Your deep understanding of regional nuances will ensure every touchpoint feels relevant and intuitive for customers encountering Alexa for the first time.

Youll prioritise customer-impacting issues with urgency and precision working directly with technical teams to drive swift resolutions. By maintaining a high bar for customer experience across multiple endpoints and countries youll ensure consistency and quality at scale balancing speed of delivery with long-term product excellence.

Youll drive continuous performance improvement through CX optimisations and rigorous A/B experimentation turning data-driven insights into measurable gains. Youll own the metrics that matter identify opportunities for iteration and champion a culture of relentless improvement that keeps the onboarding experience best-in-class.

A day in the life
As a Senior Product Manager in the Alexa International Growth team you will start your day reviewing onboarding performance metrics across international markets identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Youll collaborate with engineering design and science teams to refine LLM-powered conversational flows ensuring they resonate with customers across diverse cultures and languages. Your afternoons may involve running A/B experiment reviews aligning with country leads on localisation priorities or presenting onboarding insights to senior leadership. Every day brings the challenge of balancing speed with quality as you shape how millions of customers discover Alexa.

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience working directly with engineering teams

- Experience with generative AI conversational AI or voice-first product experiences
