Senior Designer, Engineering

Job Summary

The Designer IV Engineering role is responsible for managing and performing the design of multiple simultaneous projects. Develops technical aspects of projects throughout all phases.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to project teams regarding detailing code analysis project documentation construction administration and other project-centric processes.
• Provide technical detailing with a variety of materials systems etc.
• Develop additional quality review protocols to enhance existing procedures.
• Review write and mentor team on the production of specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and teams to translate design concepts into sound technical solutions.

Required Education & Experience

• Associates degree required.
• 10 years of experience

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Strong graphic verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-design discipline team.

Salary range for this position varies between $75000 $100000 depending upon applicable experience.
