Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Senior Legal Recruiter to join our Attorney Recruiting team in Miami Florida with flexibility to be based in other offices across the state.
Responsibilities
- Must have experience with recruiting attorneys
- Ability to source attorneys is a requirement
- JD preferred position
- Manage full cycle of recruiting including intake interviews candidate communication and offer presentations
- Partner closely with hiring partners and leadership to clarify needs and growth objectives
- Serve as an excellent representative of the firm
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of Talent management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations ATS (Greenhouse).
- Knowledge legal recruiting and terminology is preferred.
- Excellent verbal written communication skillsinterpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
