• Must have experience with recruiting attorneys
• Ability to source attorneys is a requirement
• JD preferred position
• Manage full cycle of recruiting including intake interviews candidate communication and offer presentations
• Partner closely with hiring partners and leadership to clarify needs and growth objectives
• Serve as an excellent representative of the firm

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of Talent management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations ATS (Greenhouse).
• Knowledge legal recruiting and terminology is preferred.
• Excellent verbal written communication skillsinterpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
