Job Summary
Overview
The Dental Specialists Rochester Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As aPatient Care Coordinatoryou will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software verify dental insurance answer insurance and billing questions and oversee patient account management.
Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Responsibilities
Associates/Bachelor degree preferred or industry related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Work Schedule
Monday- 7:30-5:15
Tuesday- 7:30-5:15
Wednesday- 7:30-5:15
Thursday- 7:30-5:15
Friday- 7:30-12 (rotating every other friday off)
Fridays are admin days only
No weekends or nights
