Job Summary
We are looking for an Experienced Service advisor to join our growing team. This role is an key contributor within our customer service team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of vehicles and services.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers
Process service requests and billing documents
Assist customers in understanding the range of services available
Investigate and solve customer complaints
Document customer details and updates when necessary
Handle all payment transactions
Requirements
Previous service writer experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven automotive industry knowledge familiarity with all products and services
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated able to work independently and in a team
Excellent organizational problem-solving and time management skills
