Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Program Manager to join our team at MacDill Air Force Base supporting the Unites States Special Operations Command (SOCOM).

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning execution schedule and cost control across program lifecycle.
• Manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors; ensure contract and technical performance.
• Develop risk management plans mitigation strategies and status reporting to leadership.
• Engage with DoD/SOF stakeholders and coordinate with USSOCOM leadership as required.
• Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition/regulatory requirements and security protocols.
• Mentor program staff and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI (active)
• Experience: Minimum 16 years in program management
• Bachelors Degree
• DoD/SOF Experience: Minimum 10 years working with DoD/SOF (operational/programmatic)
• Education/Certs: Bachelors degree required; PMP certification preferred
• Skills: Program planning & control earned value management familiarity stakeholder engagement contract management strong briefing/written communication skills
• Other: Previous USSOCOM experience preferred

Desired / Preferred

• Masters Degree or PhD
• Active PMP certification
• Prior experience managing classified programs and cleared personnel
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle logistics and budget processes
• Experience with coalition/partner engagement or interagency coordination
