Job Summary

Managing Real Estate Residential portfolio.
Managing end to end fund raising activity including liaison with valuers and Legal Counsel.
Preparing business plans financial modelling Study project and financial feasibility budgeting MIS.
Liasioning with Banks Financial Institutions & Private Equity firms negotiating the term sheets valuation reports closing all legal technical due diligence requirement complying with conditions precedent and conditions subsequent of the deal for disbursement and post disbursement due diligence.
Work on existing debt and having basic knowledge of SAP reconciliation of loan statements finalizing mortgage deeds etc.
Financial Modelling & Valuation for residential projects
Handling of credit rating by credit rating company presentation key drivers of rating etc.
Liaising with banks for all day-to-day activities in working capital
