Regional Housing Administrator
Job Summary
Salary: 27024 to 31185 per annumpro rata
Location: March Beacon House / Norwich Reed House hybrid working arrangement
Hours: Part time 22 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027
Were recruiting for Regional Housing Administrator to join our team.
Youll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.
Youll be required to report any communal repairs to contractors maintaining relevant records and action gas safety processes liaising with contractors and raising Purchase Orders. Well look to you to maintain garage tenancy records process lettings and terminations maximising income collection and liaising with colleagues on inspections.
Youll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Youll be able to write clear accurate and concise records often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload as required.

This is a hybrid role based at our office in March or Norwich requiring you to work in the office up to one day a week specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
