Job Description
What you will do
- Analyzes fundraising portfolios and pipelines to assess capacity alignment coverage gaps prospect movement and overall health using data modeling and screening results and internal & external datasets.
- Partners with frontline fundraisers to optimize portfolios by prioritizing high-value prospects and recommending strategic additions removals and reassignments aligned with capacity inclination and fundraising stage.
- Provides data-driven recommendations to support strategic prospect assignment and reassignment ensuring effective alignment between prospect capacity and fundraiser portfolios.
- Develops and maintains prospect pipeline analytics that track giving activity and movement across identification qualification cultivation solicitation and stewardship stages.
- Consults on prospect intelligence dashboards and reporting tools to support analysis of prospect distribution capacity alignment pipeline growth and fundraising performance.
- Champions strategic high-integrity use of prospect data incorporating emerging philanthropic trends leveraging external data sources assessing data reliability and promoting best practices through database training and guidance.
- Drives data and process improvements to strengthen data organization accessibility and use in support of evolving fundraising objectives.
- Supports long-term strategic initiatives such as campaign planning goal setting pipeline integrity and fundraising projections through collaboration and analysis.
- Translates complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

Required Education- Four-Year Bachelor Degree or addition requires trade certification qualification or on-going learning to remain ahead of changes in technology or emerging fields.
Required Experience- More than 5 years of experience.
- Experience in data trend analysis and reporting considered an asset.
- Experience with data management including business glossaries data catalogues metadata and principle and reference data management considered an asset.
- Experience working in a non-profit office considered an asset.
- Knowledge of relationship building fundraising and stewardship considered an asset.
- Knowledge of relevant laws regulations policies standards and/or guidelines considered an asset.
- Experience with software and web technologies considered an asset (e.g. ServiceNow Customer Relationship Management (CRM) other software packaging etc.).
- Experience in risk management practices considered an asset (e.g. conducting risk assessments Financial Risk Insurance Risk Credit Risk Operational Risk Project Risk Market Risk Technology Risk including information Security and/or Cybersecurity etc.).
- Experience in program analysis and reporting considered an asset.
- Experience working at a post-secondary education institution considered an asset.
