Rotating Schedule Full Time 8 hrs. shift Monday - Friday

Whatyou will be doing:Youll beResponsible for conducting direct recruitment activities and interfacing with other outreach contractors in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Duties:

1. Oversee direct recruitment activities including public speaking; develop linkages with referral sources such as human services agencies recreation centers youth organizations and churches; participate in center tours; contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment.
2. Ensure interested candidates are interviewed and required information is obtained on each one; ensure all documents required to support eligibility are obtained properly completed and included in the applicants folder.
3. Assist admissions counselors when necessary with providing guidance on maintaining goals and/or job development activities.
4. Assist with the development and updating of policies and procedures for the contract.
5. Followup on student progress e.g. length of stay and separation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human services psychology counseling education social science business communications or closely related field; or associates degree and two years related experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency also required.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
