Job Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Days (8-hour shifts) MondayFriday 40 hrs/week Guaranteed
Pay Rate: $51$58/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Elk Grove CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure safe and effective therapy sessions
- Support patient independence and functional outcomes
- Follow evidence-based rehabilitation practices
Requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Outpatient experience preferred
