The Opportunity:
As a GroundsCare Apprentice you are a future leader and craftsman in training. This isnt just a manual labor job; its a paid opportunity to learn a skilled trade from the ground up. You will work side-by-side with experienced mentors who are committed to your success learning the art and science behind creating and maintaining high-end commercial and residential landscapes.
What Youll Learn and Master:
We provide comprehensive hands-on training in all aspects of professional grounds care including:
* Precision mowing techniques for a flawless finish
* Crisp stick edging and bed edging for sharp clean lines
* Safe operation of commercial vehicles and professional-grade equipment
* Proper shrub trimming and pruning for plant health and aesthetics
* Efficient mulching and weeding techniques for beautiful healthy plant beds
* Professional lawn aeration to promote turf health
* And much more!

Required Skills:
Current PA drivers license Competence in operating a commercial vehicle Current PA DOT Medical Card (well help you get one if you dont already have one)
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
