AutomotivePhotographer
Pay Rate: $18.00 $20.00 per hour
Location: Westmont IL

As an AutomotivePhotographer you will capture high-quality images of vehicles for marketing materials online listings and advertising campaigns. This role involves setting upphotoshoots staging vehicles and usingphotography equipment to produce visually appealing images that showcase each vehicles features and condition. The AutomotivePhotographer serves as a key representative of our customers and must have a customer-focused personality.

Essential Responsibilities

AutoPhotography (60%)

• PhotoShoot Preparation:
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to schedulephotoshoots for new inventory.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and ensure proper staging.
• Photography:
  • Use professional-grade cameras and lighting equipment to capture high-resolution images from multiple angles.
  • Pay attention to composition lighting and framing to highlight key features.
  • Capture brief walk-around videos of vehicles.
• Image Editing:
  • Process and retouchphotos using editing software (AdobePhotoshop Lightroom) to enhance quality and meet branding standards.
  • Upload images to company systems for marketing and online listings.

Quality Control & Service Excellence (40%)

• Review images for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organizedphotoinventory with proper labeling.
• Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Provenphotography experience; automotivephotography preferred.
• Proficiency inphotography principles composition lighting and editingtechniques.
• Skilled inphotoediting software (AdobePhotoshop Lightroom).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel bend squat and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Manual dexterity for camera handling and editing tasks.
