This role is part of Alcons Manufacturing function a team that designs produces and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency. The Operator I Production Technical Operations (Para-Professional & Support Path) Assembler Operator I is primarily responsible for handling manual and operational tasks in production ensuring equipment is set up operated maintained and troubleshot to meet product specifications schedules and quality standards.

Specifics Include:

• Handle manual or operational tasks as per guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Set up operate maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
• Ensure products meet specifications schedules volume/cost/wastage targets and quality standards
• Move pack and sort raw materials or finished goods
• Monitor output quality to identify discard or re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
• Review work orders schedule resources and monitor operations for alignment with business objectives
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) maintaining documentation and ensuring quality control
• Complete all required training and contribute to organizational compliance

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
• Work hours: 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:30am
• Location: Onsite
