Machine Operator

Job Brief

We are searching for a dedicated and reliableMachine Operatorto support our companys warehouse operations in Indianapolis. Primary responsibility will be running one of our machines such as a slitter sheeter or cutter. You will receive on the job training. No previous experience is will be cross-trained to receive input sort load and unload products and you will perform various warehouse activities.

Hours are day shift Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Safely operate machinery and ensure machines are set up properly.
• Assembly & Production: Assemble install and check product parts following specifications and using the appropriate tools.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance on production equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and fellow employees.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production including quantity type and any notable occurrences during the production process.
• Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure efficient production workflow.

• $16.50 - 17.50 / hr depending on experience

• Good attendance record
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• High school diploma
