Loyalty Program Intern

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Loyalty Program Intern to support the development execution and optimization of our customer loyalty initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in customer retention strategy lifecycle marketing and data-driven decision-making. The intern will work cross-functionally with marketing eCommerce and analytics teams to enhance member engagement improve program performance and contribute to new loyalty initiatives.

Youll Make a Difference By

• Assisting in the execution of loyalty campaigns (email SMS onsite messaging and setup)
• Supporting segmentation and targeting strategies for loyalty members
• Analyzing program performance
• Helping maintain loyalty program content and promotional calendar
• Conducting competitive research on loyalty programs and customer engagement trends
• Assisting with A/B testing and reporting on campaign effectiveness
• Supporting member experience improvements across digital touchpoints
• Documenting processes and contributing to playbooks or internal resources

About You

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Business or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in customer experience retention and brand loyalty
• Comfortable working with data (Excel Google Sheets)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with eCommerce or digital marketing tools is a bonus.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

The salary is determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
