PHC Europe B.V. part of PHC Holdings Corporation is a leading provider of innovative healthcare and laboratory equipment. To strengthen our Service team in Breda we are looking for a Customer Support Service Engineer.

The role

As a Customer Support Service Engineer you provide technical support primarily via email and telephone to customers across Europe. You support repair maintenance and service activities on PHC Europe equipment and ensure accurate administrative processing during and after the warranty period.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via telephone and email (helpdesk)
  • Support repair maintenance modifications and testing of equipment
  • Manage administrative processing of repairs return goods and warranty cases
  • Support service activities at customer locations and in the PHC Europe workshop
  • Coordinate activities in collaboration with the Service Manager
  • Communicate with customers and liaise with the factory in Japan on technical issues

Your profile

  • MBO-level technical education
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch native speaker
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Customer-focused proactive and well-organized
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technical knowledge of electronics electricity and refrigeration technology
