Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage 5080 customer calls per day (inbound and outbound)
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential customers
Assist the sales team in closing business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer handling
Requirements
Age: 2330 years
Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore
Language Skills:
Fluent spoken Hindi (mandatory)
Basic to intermediate English proficiency
Basic computer knowledge (training can be provided if required)
Immediate joiners will be given preference
