Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client relationships & communication
Handle CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot etc.)
Track leads follow-ups & customer interactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction & retention
Coordinate with sales support & operations teams
Generate reports dashboards & MIS
Resolve client queries and ensure timely closure
Support customer onboarding and engagement initiatives
Requirements
Experience in CRM tools & customer management systems
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of lead management & customer lifecycle
Analytical mindset with reporting skills (MIS dashboards)
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
Problem-solving and customer-first approach
Basic understanding of IT/ITES environment

- Any Graduate / MBA (preferred)
- Experience in IT services BPO SaaS or customer support roles
