Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client interactions improve customer experience and drive retention in a fast-paced IT/ITES environment.

If you are strong in client communication CRM tools and relationship management this is a great opportunity to grow

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain client relationships & communication
Handle CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot etc.)
Track leads follow-ups & customer interactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction & retention
Coordinate with sales support & operations teams
Generate reports dashboards & MIS
Resolve client queries and ensure timely closure
Support customer onboarding and engagement initiatives



Requirements

  • Experience in CRM tools & customer management systems
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of lead management & customer lifecycle
  • Analytical mindset with reporting skills (MIS dashboards)
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
  • Problem-solving and customer-first approach
  • Basic understanding of IT/ITES environment
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Any Graduate / MBA (preferred)
    • Experience in IT services BPO SaaS or customer support roles
