Join our team as a Maintenance Technician I where you will play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing facility running smoothly. This role focuses on shop floor upkeep and machine operations and repair.

• Schedule:2nd Shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM).

• Compensation:Starts at$26.39/hr plus a$1.00 shift differential.

• Growth:Rapid pay progression with the potential to reach a top rate of$29.99/hrwithin your first year.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for general knowledge of any / all job-related machinery equipment and work instructions.

• Preventative upkeep of equipment

• Oil buggy operation and maintenance

• Minor repairs such as straightforward mechanical electrical or plumbing issues

• Communication with leadership regarding any concerns

• Lift truck operation

• Maintain a clean work environment

• Ability to follow all safety protocols including LOTO and ensure the facility meets all safety standards

• Regular cleaning and lubricating of moving machinery parts

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and parts used utilizing CMMS software

• Monitor stock levels of parts and supplies to prevent repair delays

• Assist Maintenance Tech II in diagnosing complex machinery malfunctions

• Hi-Rise operation

• Some electrical work

• Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

• Ability to work safely

• Ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 50lbs and up to 100lbs with assistance

• Ability to stand walk climb ladders and work in awkward spaces

• Licensed forklift operator

• High level of eye-hand coordination to operate specialized hand and power tools

• Basic computer skills

• Not afraid of heights

Experience

• At least 3 years experience in a maintenance role

• Previous work experience in a fast-paced industrial setting

• Related technical or mechanical experience preferred
