Senior Chemist Research & Processing / Senior Formulation Chemist
Join my clients R&D team as the technical bridge between formulation process engineering and manufacturing. This is a high-impact role where your expertise in scale-up and innovation will shape the future of personal care products from bench concept to production reality. Youll be the go-to expert solving the challenges that others cant crack.

What Youll Be Doing
- Leading tech transfers and scale-up trials for customer and internal formulas
- Troubleshooting emulsification stability and mixing challenges alongside compounding teams
- Researching dispersants emulsifiers and raw material innovations
- Partnering with suppliers to stay ahead of emerging ingredient technologies
- Developing internal best-practice guidelines for broader R&D adoption
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Deep expertise in emulsion chemistry and pigment dispersion
- Hands-on knowledge of zinc oxide titanium dioxide and mineral UV filters
- Experience formulating SPF and OTC products under global regulatory frameworks
- Degree in Cosmetic Science Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
