Responsibilities
As a Software Developer you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Demonstrate a knowledge of standard programming algorithms design patterns and object-oriented software design
- Develop evaluate and review C language code programming using C Python 3 and MATLAB
- Have experience with model-based system engineering approaches
- Collaborate with team members to design future enhancements
- Develop software for an advanced synthetic modeling and training environment.
- Support software development software integration customer training and demonstrations.
- Develop Web-based applications using development technology
- Design tests ensuring proper behavior of models.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering. Degrees in Information Technology Mathematics Physics or Aerospace Computer Software Systems Electrical Electronic Mechanical Engineering may qualify with at least 5 years of C experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $93900.00/Yr. - USD $156800.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
