Qué harás como Especialista en Logística y Facturación en Sealed Air
Como Especialista en Logística y Facturación serás responsable de dar soporte al proceso completo de despacho y facturación asegurando la correcta activación de pedidos generación de documentación y registros en sistema. Es un rol dinámico que combina tareas administrativas con interacción operativa en piso trabajando de forma cercana con Customer Service planta y equipos de logística para garantizar entregas eficientes y precisas.
Por qué te necesitamos
- Ejecutar la activación de pedidos confirmación de entregas y procesos de facturación en SAP
- Generar documentos de envío como remitos y facturas
- Validar la correcta correspondencia entre materiales preparados sistema y pedidos de clientes
- Apoyar la operación diaria de despacho y validación de rutas de entrega
- Resolver inconsistencias en pedidos inventario o documentación de forma proactiva
- Coordinar con Customer Service Ventas Calidad y equipo de depósito
- Gestionar notas de crédito devoluciones y procesos administrativos logísticos
- Apoyar inventarios mensuales y actividades de control
- Asegurar cumplimiento de procesos internos y requerimientos de auditoría
Qué habilidades te ayudarán a tener éxito
- Conocimiento de SAP (deseable)
- Manejo de Excel y paquete Microsoft Office
- Pensamiento analítico y atención al detalle
- Proactividad para resolver problemas
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos operativos dinámicos
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
- Enfoque en servicio al cliente interno
