Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nurse Manager Labor & Delivery (L&D) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Savannah GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Labor & Delivery unit
• Manage staffing scheduling and team performance
• Ensure high-quality care for high-volume delivery unit (300 births/month)
• Monitor clinical outcomes and enforce safety standards
• Lead policy development and implementation initiatives
• Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to nursing staff
• Collaborate with Womens Services leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Support patient-centered care in high-risk obstetric environment
• Maintain operational efficiency and workflow management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years RN experience in Labor & Delivery (acute care)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in L&D
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters preferred
• Active Georgia RN License or Compact License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
