Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a passionate and strategic Nurse Engagement Advisor to join the Office of Nursing Engagement and Patient Experience (ONE-PX).

This role serves as a dedicated advocate for the nursing workforce partnering with leaders across the organization to strengthen RN engagement advance TMHs Pathway to Excellence (PTE) journey and sustain a thriving shared governance model.

Your Role:

• Key advocate for nurse well-being; fosters a positive organizational culture.
• Strives to improve nurse engagement retention and professional development while enhancing the safety culture at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH).
• Supports new nurses via strategic initiatives.
• Collaborates with leadership to drive engagement strategies.
• Plays an integral role in recruitment efforts.
• Performs miscellaneous duties.

Reports To:Director/Patient Experience

Supervises:None.

Required Education: Associate degree in hospitality healthcare business administration or a closely related field.

Preferred Education: Nursing Degree

Required Experience: Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields.

Preferred Experience: 3 plus years of nursing experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work as a team member.
